We enjoyed Banga Sammalon at Atlantic City, New Jersey very much. NYKM stall was very attractive, illuminated MAA KALI's picture was greatly appreciated by the visitors, thanks to great work by our devotee Amit Bagchi. We spread the message of our temple among the visitors from other states. We had moderate collection of fund. Thanks to our children for their participation. Due to lack of time, we were unable to do the power point presentation as planned.

In response to request from our community, we are reactivating our community help line. Procedure and rules will be same as before, only we have added more first line contact person. Any member of our community needs any help may contact any one of the following persons, and that person will coordinate and arrange the help with the help of the volunteers who have signed up with us in different regions.

Puja is coming. We have started planning. Mr Dhruba Dutta kindly agreed to lead this year's Mahalaya program. Any one wants to participate in the program please contact Mr. Dutta at 516-510-5707/516-627-4407.

We are planning to bring new deities, of Durga ,Radha-Krishna and Laxmi-Naryan from India this year. All deities are made of stone by the the famous sculptor Mr. Ananda Lal Basak. The same person who presented us the unique Kali protima. We are very excited with this project. We have to build new podium and alter to place these deities. We are trying to raise fund for this plan, please donate generously to the NYKM. These deities will be a great pride for our community, our future generation will have place to meditate and worship.
